Halloween Event - Saturday October 17 to 31, 2015 - All Ages Spooky Train Ride @ York-Durham Heritage Railway. All aboard for this frightening trip along the old rails of the York-Durham Heritage Railway. Ride with all manner of frights in these trains decked out for the holiday. Kids wearing costumes get to ride for free, and are presented loot bags at the end of each voyage. While enjoying the Halloween feeling in the train, you can also enjoy the sights of Southern Ontario as the leaves change colour. The railway encourages families to book early through their website. Infants under one who do not occupy a seat ride for free, and special discounts are available for groups of four. Boarding is at the Uxbridge Station. Halloween Event - Sunday October 18, 2015 - City of the Dead: The Necropolis Cemetery Tour (Not recommended for Childern under 8.) Tour the Necropolis Cemetery, visiting the graves of some of Toronto’s most significant people. The drama-enhanced tour visits the graves of William Lyon Mackenzie, his family, and his fellow rebels and rivals. Guests hear stories of murder, revenge, heartbreak and perseverance. Halloween Event - Monday October 26, 2015 - All ages Hocus Pocus - A live, satirical reading of the cult classic @ Buddies. Set in Salem, Massachusetts on Halloween night, virgin Max Dennison, sister Dani, and new friend Allison, accidentally free a coven of evil witches. With the help of a talking cat, the kids must steal the witches’ book of spells to stop them from becoming immortal. Halloween Event- Sunday November 1, 2015 - Pumpkin Parade @ Trinity Bellwoods Park.
