An article in the Sydney Morning Herald says it all! Homosexuals bring to life dead suburbs and cause it's revival in real estate prices. Surveys from the worlds gayest cities San Francisco, Paris, London, Rio, Sydney and Berlin indicate that many people want to live in a 'gay' neighbourhood. "Homosexuals have revived old inner-city suburbs making them vibrant, colourful, exciting and cosmopolitan" says the 'Journal of Urban Economics'! Following gays and lesbians comes cafes, restaurants, theatre and 'family friendly' features. Indeed in Sydney the inner city urban ghettos have become hip & happening, gentrified and popular only in the last 20 years, about the time of the gay exodus from the country and outer suburbs! Could inner cities around the world benefit from this trend? So next time you see two men kissing in public give them a smile and invite them to your neighbourhood! Then watch the dollars roll in!!!!!
