Queerplanet is a alternative lifestyle e-zine that encompasses gay, lesbian, transsexual, and just alternative lifestyle people. We have four sites globally, (United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Canada) receiving about 40,000 hits per day. Canada is a much newer site and is slowly building itself, but the other sites are in much better condition. Canada has writers in Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Vancouver, Montreal, and larger numbers in Toronto.

"I’ve recently come to the conclusion that, well, Toronto nightlife sucks. No wait. Toronto nightlife has nothing that interests me. And that sucks." Henne said.
So Henne decide to visit the club scene in the queer west end of the City of Toronto, one of his stops was the famous Drake Hotel. All apart of the Queer West Community according to their website] Nightlife Page. "These are my neighbours, I should make nice." he said
